At Clothes Mentor Arlington, we want you to love your designer finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and you provide the physical or digital receipt to process your request.

Return Process

  Check that your item is within the 7-day return period and that all original Clothes Mentor store tags are still securely attached to the garment.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original paper receipt or the digital confirmation sent to your email at the time of purchase to ensure a smooth verification process.

  Visit the Arlington Store

  Bring your items and proof of purchase to our Arlington location during standard business hours to have a team member inspect the condition of the merchandise.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once approved, you will be issued a store credit or offered an immediate exchange for another unique piece from our current inventory.
